In January 2015 the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Millenium Green Group Holdings ( MGGH), LLC , Atlanta/USA signed a MOU for the construction of large Solar PV open spaces installations in Cameroon on BOOT basis. At seven sites, plants with a total capacity of 1,350 MWp are intended to be realized within a period of five years.
Contracted as a strategic partner of MGGH since February 2015, SEI AG is exclusively commissioned with the planning, design and construction of these plants. For a first plant (50 MWp) the feasibility study is currently in process. Begin of construction is expected by the end of 2015.
